I do not normally recommend software , (apart from industry standards) ..however i have found a great piece of software for recording health pain , fatigue etc

As i have trouble using a pen for any amount of time , i like this way of recording a health based diary .

For me the free version does all i need it to , and the "life factors" in the free program are editable .. so in effect you can graph your pain/fatigue/mood etc over time .

It could be an invaluable tool as you can print your diary and graphs ..and then give them to GP/Consultant or the DWP.

The paid versions do have additional extras such, as a pain map and medication list , however i think the free one does all i need it to :)
